Journey to Split

These four 60-minute lessons are aimed at all those who want to learn or deepen their splits.

We will work on strengthening (stability) and stretching (elasticity) the muscles. Elasticity allows us to perform larger movements (flexibility) and prevent injuries. It is very important to practice stretching with integrity and right alignment in order to see the results.
