Private classes are a great tool to practice at your own pace.
We can concentrate on your particular needs and work towards your goals, taking the time to really understand how your unique body works.
Practicing in groups is fun but there isn’t always time for personal variations and sometimes we might rush into poses that are too difficult and risk to hurt ourselves.
My aim is to support you in your journey, step by step. Help you get to know your body, embrace your weaknesses and turn them into strengths.
