The word retreat literally means “an act of moving back or withdrawing”.
This is a great way to take a step back from the busy life, slow down and recharge. A yoga and meditation retreat gives you the space to connect and nurture body, mind and soul, to feel into your needs and satisfy them.
Because you are more in the present moment, you can connect deeply with other people, yourself and nature.
From my personal experience, both as a host and participant, I always leave with an open heart, feeling extremely grateful but also very creative, a lot of new ideas and energy to start again.
